Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of TeachFlow. By buying or using the package, you accept them.

Who you are contracting with

TeachFlow is published by CROSSXTOP LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 16339041, registered office Suite 10890, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ.

If you bought through our hosted checkout, Polar is the merchant of record for that transaction: Polar sells to you in its own name and handles invoicing, refunds and chargebacks. The licence terms on this page still describe what you may do with the files.

If you bought by invoice from us, CROSSXTOP LTD is the seller.

What the product is

TeachFlow is a set of six skills for agents that read the SKILL.md format. Each skill is a set of written instructions plus reference documents. You run them on your own machine, with your own agent and your own model subscription. We do not supply the agent or the model, and we do not host anything that processes your material.

Your licence

You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use TeachFlow:

  • Yourself, as the named purchaser
  • In the classes you teach, including preparing and delivering material for them

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent or otherwise redistribute the skill files or the reference documents, in whole or in part, modified or unmodified
  • Publish them anywhere they can be downloaded by people who have not bought them
  • Share your download link or your account with someone who has not bought a licence
  • Strip or alter the licence and attribution notices inside the packages

You may modify the files for your own teaching. The restriction is on redistribution, not on editing your own copy.

Who owns what

You own what you make. Lesson plans, slide decks, worksheets, scripts and reports you produce by running these skills are yours. We claim no rights over them, and no licence back. You may use them commercially — including in paid tutoring — without paying us anything further.

We own the skills. The skill files, reference documents and their wording remain the copyright of CROSSXTOP LTD. Buying the package licenses their use; it does not transfer ownership.

Your textbooks belong to their publishers. TeachFlow reads material you supply. Copyright in that material stays with whoever holds it — normally the textbook publisher. This product grants you no rights whatsoever in any third-party textbook, workbook or teaching material. Whether your use of a given textbook is permitted is between you, your school and that publisher. It is your responsibility to hold the rights or the permission you need for anything you feed into the skills.

What the product does not do

The skills generate drafts for a teacher to review. They do not replace your professional judgement, and their output is not guaranteed to be accurate, curriculum-compliant or suitable for any particular class. Every skill ships with a teacher checklist for exactly this reason. Check the output before you take it into a classroom.

Warranty disclaimer

The package is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the skills will run without error on your setup, or that their output will meet your requirements.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer under UK or EU law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or in connection with TeachFlow is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one published on the day you bought, and the date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect. We do not apply changes retroactively.

Termination

Your licence ends if you breach the redistribution restrictions above. That is the only way we end it — we cannot and do not disable files already on your machine.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there.
