Refund & Cancellation Policy
TeachFlow is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal, so there is nothing to cancel — you are never billed a second time.
How to get a refund
We sell through our own hosted checkout and by invoice — in both cases the refund is ours to give.
Email crossxtop@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full, provided you have not yet downloaded the files. Once the files are downloaded we cannot take them back, which is why the window is tied to download rather than to time alone.
Tell us the email address you paid from. We process approved refunds within 5 business days, back to the original payment method. Where you paid at our hosted checkout, Polar — the merchant of record for that sale — sends the refund on our instruction.
If the files you received are defective or do not match what this site describes, tell us and we will replace them or refund you — whether or not you have already downloaded them.
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU
You have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.
For digital content delivered as a download, that right ends once the download begins, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (and the equivalent provision of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).
If you paid by invoice, we set this out in the invoice email and ask you to acknowledge it there, before we send your download link. If you would rather keep the full 14 days, say so in reply and we will hold the link until the period ends. If you paid at our hosted checkout, the checkout shows you the equivalent notice before you pay.
This is your statutory right. Nothing above limits it.
If you are a consumer in the Republic of Korea
If you conclude a mail-order contract as a consumer in Korea, you have a statutory right of withdrawal (청약철회) under 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) Article 17. The official text is on the National Law Information Center: https://www.law.go.kr/lsInfoP.do?ancYnChk=0&lsId=009318.
The statutory period is 7 days from the day you receive the written statement of contract terms required by Article 13(2). If the files are supplied later than that statement, the 7 days run from the day you receive them or the day supply starts.
Article 17(1) says that if the parties agree a longer period, that longer period applies. For a direct purchase from us, the 14-day term above is that longer period.
Once supply of digital content has begun, Article 17(2)5 says you cannot withdraw against the seller’s will. Under the proviso to Article 17(2), that limit applies only if the seller has taken the measures required by Article 17(6): for digital content, both stating clearly that withdrawal is then unavailable and providing a trial — a preview, time-limited access, or a trial version — as set out in Enforcement Decree Article 21-2. Where a trial is impracticable, information about the content may be supplied instead. If those measures are missing, the 7-day right still applies.
Where a contract is made up of divisible digital content, the proviso to Article 17(2)5 preserves your right to withdraw from any part whose supply has not begun.
「문화산업진흥 기본법」 Article 2(5) is the definition of digital content that Article 17(2)5 incorporates. TeachFlow is supplied as downloadable files, so supply begins when the download is made available.
For a direct purchase we set this out in the invoice email and ask you to acknowledge it there, before we send your download link. If you would rather leave the cooling-off period unused, say so in reply and we will hold the link.
If the files differ from the listing or the contract, Article 17(3) gives you a separate right: within 3 months of supply, and within 30 days of the day you knew or could have known of the mismatch. We will replace or refund in that case, as stated above, whether or not you have already downloaded the files.
After a valid withdrawal, Article 18(2) requires a refund within 3 business days. For digital content the 3 days run from the day you withdraw, under Article 18(2)2 — there is nothing to send back, so no return date applies. Article 18(9) forbids a cancellation fee or damages claim for an ordinary Article 17(1) withdrawal.
If a dispute is not resolved, you may apply to the Korea Consumer Agency for remedy under Article 55 of the 「소비자기본법」 (Framework Act on Consumers).
This is your statutory right. Nothing above limits it.
